We are available 24 X 7 X 365 we respond to a call for a consultation within 5 minutes (as required by Leapfrog) using our secure communications system. Consultations are initiated by your hospital staff: nurses, mid-levels, nursing, residents, or hospitalists. While there is not a set amount of time allotted per consultation, we strive to ensure your providers have the advice they need to confidently and effectively care for their critically ill patient. Our consultants utilize the most up-to-date, evidence based care plans to ensure hospital providers have the full picture of how to care for the critical illness at hand
